The Jacuzzi Zone is an outdoor terrace that is approximately 400 square feet in space and includes a fully functional computer controlled Hot Tub, an outdoor table, sun chairs, loud speakers and a beautiful tropical garden.
The Hot Tub was purchased in the United States and brought to Colombia by boat because at the time there were no modern Hot Tubs available in Colombia. The entire process of importing the Hot Tub and putting it on the roof took many months and cost thousands and thousands of dollars. Many people said we were crazy to go to such extremes but the Cartagena Penthouse will stop at no lengths to provide the ultimate guest experience when visiting Cartagena.
So the question has to be asked, was it worth it? We could explain to the readers just how awesome the terrace is, but we think this email from one of our happy guests says it all:

Dear Juan: I would like to thank you for the great time I had in the penthouse during my honeymoon with my Colombian wife.....the best part was the jacuzzi at night time. My wife and I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi while listening to the sounds of the ocean and our favorite music on the speakers. At night time it is so peaceful on the roof, there are thousands of stars in the sky, the moon reflects off the ocean and there is a glow of light from the islands in the distance. It felt like we were in a different world while we sat there drinking Columbian rum and thinking how beautiful Columbia really is, I never wanted to go home......the penthouse was more than we ever expected.....thanks for the memories......
