CARTAGENA PENTHOUSE

The Penthouse is a 2000 square foot apartment consisting of  the entire top floor of the building with a 350 square foot outdoor terrace.  The above photos shows the main living area with Italian marble floors, custom made leather furniture, a Sony 800-watt 4-speaker stereo system, water cooler and fully equipped bar.  On the far back left side can be seen the first balcony which has a full size BBQ and an awesome view of the Caribbean Sea. Throughout the Penthouse is HIGH-SPEED wireless Internet access.  Just bring your wireless enabled laptop and you will be online in seconds!!   Also, the Penthouse now has a VOIP telephone that allows you to call anywhere in the United Stated or Canada for FREE!!!  We really do have it all!!!  There is nothing in Cartagena that compares!

The above photo shows a more detailed view of the bar and kitchen area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, microwave, washer/dryer, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee maker, toaster, plates/cutlery for 8 people and a whole lot more.  On the far left side of the photo is the entrance to one of the two bedrooms on the main floor.  The stairs in the photo lead up to the third bedroom.  One thing that is not included in the photo is our Chef!  The Penthouse comes complete with a full time cook and cleaner available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm. On the far right of the photo is the guest bathroom.  There are a total of four bathrooms in the Penthouse as each room comes equipped with a private bathroom for each guest.

The best part about the Penthouse though is the terrace!!!!!

The above terrace includes a five-seat Hot-Tub that was imported from the United States. It is a full feature computer controlled tub with 64 jets.  An awesome view of the Caribbean sea and the Terrabomba islands can be seen while sitting in the tub.  There is also an outdoor table that seats six people and two lawn chairs to relax under the sun.
